Wayne Tuck, Principal

Wayne Tuck obtained his Masters Business Administration from the University of Guelph as part of its Hotel and Food Administration program.  Prior to forming Wilowe Management Consulting, he held senior positions with Canadian real estate management companies, serving the luxury hotel, multi-family apartment, student housing, seniors housing and social housing real estate asset classes.  Throughout his career, Wayne has been relied on to create and implement operating programs and platforms that add value, while enhancing integration with Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Legal, and other support divisions to improve the customer and employee experience and increase margin.

Wayne has provided consulting services to both private and public-sector clients in a variety of industries.  He has been involved in creating or enhancing operating platforms within new branding initiatives or as part of efforts to help housing providers who are exploring new and more efficient business models.  Wilowe as a practice, engages with experts in a variety of disciplines to ensure its Clients can benefit from specific expertise in developing plans to improve service delivery and performance.

Len Goosen, Food & Beverage Consultant

Len Goosen obtained his MBA from Guelph University as part of its Hotel and Food Administration program and his F&B Executive certification from the American Hotel/Lodging Association (CFBE).  He holds a realtor license in Ontario, which he has leveraged in support of location acquisitions.  During Len's career he has owned his own successful businesses and has worked and consulted in many different jurisdictions including Canada, the United States and Barbados.  He is fluent in French and has worked in bilingual locations including Montreal and Ottawa, where he now resides.

Len has focused his 35 years working in food and beverage acquisitions, development, franchising, sales and operations in the restaurant, hotel, and seniors housing industries.  His expertise benefits Clients looking for help with new restaurant startups, franchising opportunities, finding efficiencies in existing food and beverage operations, improving service levels and enhancing marketing and sales efforts.
